ROHLHOFF AND LEWIS CRUSH FIELD FOR CHAMPIONSHIP WIN AND TAKE TEAM OF THE YEAR TITLE

Fishing breaks and humps in 14 to 38 feet of water for two days near Green Island, Scott Rohloff and Cam Lewis caught an astonishing 102.23lbs of Green Bay walleyes to win the AIM Weekend Walleye Series (AWWS) “Alumacraft Championship”. The team also claimed the AWWS Wisconsin “Team of the Year” title.

THOMPSON AND HORGEN WIN AWWS ALUMACRAFT CHAMPIONSHIP; HERD AND HERD TAKE TEAM OF THE YEAR

With a 40hp Yamaha powered Alumacraft 165 Escape tiller on the line, Danny Thompson and Bjorn Horgen put 51.21lbs of walleye on their card to win the AIM Weekend Walleye Series (AWWS) “Alumacraft Championship” on Minnesota’s Lake Winnibigoshish.

MINNESOTA’S WEEKEND WALLEYE SERIES CHAMPIONSHIP SET FOR WINNIE

 

The quest for the Championship will begin on Friday for anglers fishing the AIM Weekend Walleye Series (AWWS) Divisional State “Alumacraft Championship” on Minnesota’s famed Lake Winnibigoshish. Forty-four qualified teams will be searching Lake Winnie’s sprawling 64,000 acres for the right bites with the winning team to receive a new Alumacraft boat and Yamaha engine.
