On Deck As Sponsors For AIM 2019 Season

If you’ve ever been on a boat running through rough water, you know the value of a seat that protects your back, and your backside, from repetitive injury. If you’re an angler, you also know the value of your tools, especially fishing rods that telegraph the slightest vibration that says “fish” into your hands. And, if you’re on the AIM Weekend Walleye circuit, you know the value of more comfort in what you wear.

All three are the best at what they do, and they’re all supporters of the Weekend Walleye Series again this season.

“Ask anyone who’s ever sat on Airwave seat pedestals, fished with JT’s Outdoor Products, and worn G2 Gemini Jerseys, knows their quality, and they each know that supporting AIM’s resource-saving tournaments using Catch-Record-Release fits their own philosophies,” said AIM National Tournament Director Denny Fox.

Airwave Pedestal’s patented design was perfected out of necessity, said founder and designer Alan Bauman. Following a back injury and surgery in 2010, he was looking for a way to protect his own body from the rigors of traveling across rough water that’s interchangeable with all industry seat designs, and easily adjustable for the passenger’s weight, is affordable and indestructible, and at only 10 pounds, lightweight.

Once installed, he said, there is a major reduction in both bounce and pitch. Use a simple hand pump to inflate the system, it not only reduces fatigue, but also gives you more control over your craft.

JT’s Outdoor products makes everything from rods using a proprietary carbon fiber for all situations, whether it’s trolling with its just-introduced eight-foot, one-piece Ascendant trolling rod available starting in May 2019, or going for panfish with its new Panhandler series with JT’s own proprietary carbon blank, in six-foot, six-inch, or seven-foot ultralight configurations.

Ice anglers, JT’s Outdoors also has setups just for you, from ultra-sensitive rods from 24 to 40 inches, a rod holder to keep them at the ready, and that unique Hot Box heated fishing system, a lightweight, collapsible radiant heated system that was perfected on Minnesota’s frozen Mille Lacs. What’s it do? Keeps ice holes from freezing over even as low as -20F, in 20mph winds, complete with its own rattle spool that’s ready for your bait set.

G2 Gemini, based in northern Minnesota, sends its logo-emblazoned performance jerseys across the world, in applications from fishing and shooting sports, whether it’s classic men’s and women’s pro-style jerseys, hoodies or other outerwear.

Just click on one of its designs, in any color combination, provide your logos, as your starting point and Gemini does the rest for your own custom look.
