AWWS Minnesota Tournament Director Miller to Resign

When the 2016 AWWS Minnesota Division’s season launches on May 1st next spring at the Mississippi River, a familiar face will be absent. Tournament Director Jim Miller, who has held the reigns of the Minnesota Division since its start in 2014, has decided not to return for the 2016 campaign. Miller cited time away from home and family and a desire to spend more time fishing as factors that led to his decision to step down.

“The AIM Board of Directors and I would like to thank Jim for all the hard work and leadership he has given us and our anglers since day one”, said Denny Fox, AWWS National Tournament director. “Jim is an icon in the Minnesota walleye tournament world and will be greatly missed.”

AIM is currently accepting resumes and will be interviewing for the AWWS Tournament Director position in Minnesota. Interested applicants may contact Denny Fox at info@aimfishing.com or call 920-505-0122.
