It’s A New Year! We KNOW You’re Ready, and AIM Is Too,

Renew Your Membership, As 2021 Registration Opens Soon

Start the year right by signing up to compete in the 2021 AIM Weekend Walleye Series.

“We got through a wild 2020 season. Now on to 2021. The New Year is a time of renewal, hope and optimism, and we’re all about that at AIM for the coming season. It’s time to begin getting back to normal, starting with signing up for a 2021 membership,” said Denny Fox, AIM national tournament director.

The AIMfishing.com website will make it easy for teams to renew those $40 per person memberships, and for new anglers to sign up to experience the best walleye tournament series going, Fox said, featuring AIM’s pioneering Catch-Record-Release format, those qualifiers and state championships, plus AIM Quest For The Best. Here’s how to get in on it all.

When Do I Register?

It all starts today, January 11th 2021. If you are a returning member, login and click the pay membership fee box. Once you’re paid up, you’ll be ready and able to register for all upcoming events.

Want To Sign Up?

Follow the directions at AIMfishing.com using the “Register” tab, and then get ready to have the best tournament fishing experience of your life.

“You need to be a member to get a tournament slot, so get that done to make sure you’re in good standing. When it’s time to sign up, all you need to do is Log in to your account and click on the event you want to buy. For your partner you will submit their email address, and all their information will autofill on our new forms, as long as they are members,” he added.

I’m New. One More Time: Where Do I Register?

Go to the site. On the upper right, you’ll see “Register.” Click on it to begin. Then click on login/register then click “Sign Up”

Two Dates To Remember

With that in mind and taken care of, remember these two dates, teams: Jan. 15, and Feb. 1.

At 8 a.m. on Jan. 15, registration opens for AIM “season tickets.” That allows you to get in to all 5 events in any of the three AIM divisions.

On Feb. 1, “open registration” begins. AIM members can then enter any individual event in Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Dakota, along with either, or both, Quest For The Best events.

What’s Next At AIM’s Facebook page?

AIM’s popular “Tale Of The Tape” interview series continues all this winter, Fox said, starting this month.

“It’s a great chance for everyone to get to know our National Championship teams and learn a few tips from each thrown in. It also may perhaps encourage some of you out there to try a tournament and challenge yourself. You might be surprised to learn that you’d be no different than any other AIM angler, and that you may just have that talent at the handle end of a fishing rod to win,” Fox said. “We all put our baits and lures on one at a time! Any team can win any AIM event. But you’ve gotta be registered and be there to do it!”

Also watch for announcements of both returning and new sponsors that will help make the 2021 season the best AIM teams, and you, Fan Nation, the best summer of walleye ever.

Keep looking on AIM’s Facebook page for more updates as well as more details on all our sponsors, and all AIM tournaments. Meantime, get ready. Change that line. Sharpen those hooks and pick those pre-fish waypoints. Because it won’t be long before March 28 rolls in, and it all begins.
