Quality Flow Systems “Quest for the Best 2020” Updates and Timelines

On June 19-20th 2020 on pools 3, 4 and 5 of the Mississippi River AIM will be looking to crown the Kings of the Mississippi! Hear ye hear ye Come one, come all on our Quality Flow Systems Inc “Quest for the Best”.  Keep reading for all the dirty details on this event.

Higher entry fees of $1,000 per team will be accompanied by impressive payouts including the winners taking home $30,000 cash, plus Championship hardware and trophies, in a full field of 100 teams.  The victors will also receive a birth into the AIM Weekend Walleye Series National Championship for the 2020 season, which is a no entry fee event, where anglers fish for a Warrior/Yamaha/Garmin BMT package, valued at $50k plus.

Host Location for this event will be Redwing, MN, specifically at Baypoint Park and the Ole Miss Marina. Boats will be sent out at 7am daily from the main river channel and return starting at 4pm to the Ole Miss Marina docks to present their catch. Every team will walk across the stage in traditional weigh in fashion and get a chance to talk about their day on the water. The public is encouraged to attend.

Using the ever-popular Catch Record Release (CRR) Format pioneered by Anglers Insight Marketing (AIM) over a decade ago, the anglers will fish all day long and present to the judges each day starting at 4pm their 5 largest walleye or sauger on the card.

CRR is the most conservation minded effort in the Walleye World. The anglers make a catch, place it on a Judge bump board to verify the length and take a picture of it for proof. They then immediately release it right back where it was caught. The length is then converted using our conversion charts to a preset weight. This allows anglers to fish all day long and upgrade their catch, and who wouldn’t want to for $30,000?

Registration will begin February 29th at 8am. There will be a 100 boat max on this event, and there is a twist, read on. All registration will be taken online at Both teammates will be required to be members of AIM for $40.00 each. If you are already a member for the weekend series, it will work here as well.

At this event only, after you buy your membership, you may register for the event online and place a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to hold your spot. The balance of $900.00 will be due by June 5th. Make plans to save your spot soon.
